Melissa helped me rent my apartment and took care of all the details in a professional and experienced manner. I was too busy at work to deal with all of the details of finding a new tenant, so I asked her to take over and she had it rented for me quickly with a reliable tenant from several states away (far beyond my reach). We are all satisfied with the end result!
